Engineering Support
Technical Experience & Requirements
- 5+ years in a hands-on technical role such as escalation/L3 engineering, production engineering, backend development or SRE.
- Proven ability to systematically debug complex issues in distributed, microservice-based systems.
- At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Node.js.
- Solid coding skills - able to independently write, test and ship production code and scripts, not only read and analyze them.
- Experience working with production environments: Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, logging, tracing and monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases - MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis or similar - combined with strong data analysis skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding and agent tools in day-to-day work, with the judgment to validate their output before it reaches production.
Work Arrangement & Location
This is a hybrid position, so the company is looking to hire someone based in or around Bucharest who can commute to the office once it opens.
Compensation: up to 7,500 Euros gross salary per month.
