Company Description 4Level1 provides comprehensive English Language Programs tailored for adults and young adults across the Middle East. All courses are aligned with international CEFR standards, helping learners build practical communication skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. The curriculum emphasizes real-world communicative goals, supporting students in achieving academic, professional, and social success. 4Level1 delivers both online classes and face-to-face instruction, with in-person courses currently offered in Riyadh.
Role Description The English Instructor is responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons that align with CEFR standards and 4Level1’s communicative curriculum. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans and materials, teaching group and individual classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The instructor will collaborate with the academic team to refine course content, participate in training and meetings, and support learners in achieving their language and communication goals. This is a hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a combination of on-site teaching and work-from-home duties to support remote learners.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Teaching skills, with a focus on learner-centered methods.
• Candidates should have a solid background in Education, including lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management.
• Candidates should demonstrate effective Writing skills for creating clear instructional materials, feedback, and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent certification is highly beneficial.
• Experience teaching English to adults or young adults, ideally in CEFR-aligned programs or similar international frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners across the Middle East.
• Comfort with using digital tools and online platforms to deliver and support remote or blended learning.
