Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity and security engineering projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate security engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Translate security requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and progress reporting.
• Facilitate meetings, decision-making, and stakeholder communication.
• Support security architecture discussions and infrastructure-related security initiatives.
• Track multiple workstreams and manage technical and organizational dependencies.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder technical projects.
• Strong background in infrastructure security, virtualization, and network architecture.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, and senior reporting.
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into business impact.
• Experience working with security, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• English: Advanced level
• Japanese: Not mandatory (speaking/listening ability is desirable)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Understanding of system administration, network protocols, and legacy system integration.]

Working Style:

Hybrid — 4 days office / 1 day WFH
