Role Description The English Second Language Teacher at 4Level1 is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with CEFR standards and the organization’s communicative teaching approach. This hybrid role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with a mix of on-site teaching and work-from-home tasks such as preparing lesson materials, grading assignments, and providing online support to learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing students’ language levels, tracking progress, offering constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to different age groups and proficiency levels. The teacher will also collaborate with academic staff to refine course content, participate in training sessions, and support learners preparing for academic or professional exams such as IELTS.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with the ability to support diverse learner profiles.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including designing communicative, learner-centered activities.
- Experience with IELTS preparation and exam-focused instruction is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL or CELTA certification is an advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear, culturally sensitive communication skills.
- Ability to use digital tools and online platforms for hybrid and remote teaching environments.
- Strong classroom management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience teaching adults or young adults, preferably in ESL/EFL settings in the Middle East, is a plus.
