English Teacher online(work from home)

Responsibilities

• In class, adjust teaching methods in a personalized way according to students' personality traits.
• Promptly feedback on classroom situations, discipline, and other issues that are unfavorable to students' positive learning and development.
• Deliver courses in accordance with the basic pre-service classroom requirements; on the basis of these basic requirements, personalized adjustments can be made based on one's own experience.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Have relevant teaching experience;
• Stable internet connection is required;
• Teachers should possess a strong sense of responsibility and love for teaching (particularly important);
• Priority will be given to teachers with independent insights into online English teaching;
• Those with relevant teaching qualifications/certificates will be preferred.
