English Telesales and Client management (Remote)

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We're building a remote sales team for a confidential international client in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Looking for an entry-level Sales Manager to join a growing customer acquisition team, working remotely from Egypt.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Handle inbound/outbound customer acquisition calls and conversions

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers

• Meet individual and team performance targets

• Accurately log customer interactions and update CRM records

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Up to 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer acquisition, customer service, or similar role

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, plus fluent Arabic

• University degree

• Comfortable with a remote 5/2 schedule and a flexible 10 AM-2 PM start

• Laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 12+) and smartphone (Android 14+ or iOS 16+)
