About us
LCIS is a UK-registered education consultancy that helps students from Egypt and the MENA region get into European universities and vocational programs. We guide them from their first enquiry through admission, enrolment and visa preparation. We're growing our sales team and looking for someone driven and people-focused to join us remotely.
The role
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. You'll turn enquiries into enrolments and help each student find the program that fits them.
What you'll do
- Respond to leads from social media, the website, WhatsApp and referrals, quickly and professionally
- Hold consultation calls with students and parents to understand their goals, budget and academic background
- Present suitable programs and universities from our partner network, and explain costs, requirements and timelines clearly
- Follow up with leads and guide them through application and payment
- Keep the CRM and pipeline up to date, and report weekly on conversions
- Work with the admissions and documentation team to hand off enrolled students smoothly
- Share market feedback to help shape our campaigns and offering
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or student recruitment (education sector is a strong plus)
- Fluent Arabic (Egyptian dialect preferred) and professional English
- Confident on phone and video calls, with strong persuasion and follow-up habits
- Self-motivated and organised, able to hit targets while working independently
- Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business
- Knowledge of European higher education or study-abroad processes is a bonus
- Additional languages (French, Italian, German) are a plus
