Role Overview

• We are seeking an enthusiastic, communicative Online English Teacher to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will lead interactive virtual sessions, adapt lesson plans to student goals, and build a supportive environment where learners feel confident practicing their speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, communicative 1-on-1 or small-group English lessons online.
• Prepare and adapt dynamic lesson materials tailored to varying age groups and fluency levels.
• Assess student progress, offer constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Foster an interactive, encouraging digital classroom environment.
• Maintain clear communication regarding scheduling, lesson updates, and student milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven track record teaching ESL/EFL (online experience preferred).
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus.
• High-speed, stable internet connection, HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Exceptional verbal communication, lesson planning, classroom management, and adaptability.
• Teaching Style: Enthusiastic, patient, and skilled at keeping sessions interactive rather than teacher-centric.

What We Offer

• Compensation: 7 USD per teaching hour.
• Working hours: 3-12 hours per week (starting at 9pm SAT)
