Enterprise Architect – Public Sector – Finland – Remote

Empiric are looking for Finnish-speaking Enterprise Architects to help establish a new architecture centre of excellence within a Finnish central government agency.

You’ll combine hands-on modelling with enterprise architecture consulting, translating business and technology requirements into clear architecture models and consistent ways of working.

This is an opportunity to help shape a new architecture function from the outset and contribute to its long-term development.

Key Skills & Experience

• Enterprise architecture consulting experience across at least two client projects, each lasting six months or more.
• Hands-on UML, BPMN and ArchiMate modelling experience across at least two client projects, each lasting six months or more.
• Excellent Finnish and English language skills are mandatory.

The above project experience must have been gained from 1 January 2020 onwards.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with critical infrastructure information systems, particularly transport.
• Practical experience using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Sparx Enterprise Architect technical administration, including upgrades, access management and licensing.
• Knowledge of public-sector information management.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating workshops.

Contract Details

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Work Mode: Remote, with meetings via Teams

Contract Setup: Freelance / B2B

Duration: 3-year agreement, with a further 2-year extension option
