We are looking for a “Enterprise Risk Management Specialist” to join our Zorlu Holding Enterprise Risk Management Function, which reports to the Zorlu Holding CEO and Risk Committee.

The following qualifications are required for the candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields from a reputable university,
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Enterprise Risk Management, preferably in conglomerates, energy, consumer goods, mining, manufacturing and related industries as well as international audit/consulting firms,
• Good understanding of internationally recognized risk management and business continuity standards, such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000 and ISO 22301,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills,
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills,
• Strong presentation, project management and action follow-up skills,
• Advanced command of written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics, visualization tools, risk management software and AI-powered productivity tools is an asset.

Job Description

• Assisting in developing Enterprise Risk Management policies and procedures and promoting a risk management culture throughout the Group,
• Facilitating the identification and assessment of risks across Group companies and developing risk registers and risk maps,
• Supporting the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to identify emerging risks and changes in risk exposure,
• Taking an active part in the development of risk responses and action plans,
• Regularly monitoring and reporting the status of risk responses and action plans,
• Contributing to the establishment and implementation of an effective reporting and information flow system related to risk management,
• Performing continuous review and improvement activities for the development and dissemination of the Enterprise Risk Management mechanism,
• Supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s Business Continuity Management framework in line with international standards and best practices,
• Coordinating business impact analyses, business continuity plans and testing exercises across Group companies, and monitoring the effectiveness of continuity and resilience capabilities.
