Partnering with global giants like HSBC and Standard Chartered, we automate the investigations that stop money laundering and terrorism financing. We are looking for a high-stakes Enterprise Sales Director with a deep pedigree in complex software to scale our APAC footprint. The Role Strategic Hunting: Own the full lifecycle for Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions, converting cold-start prospects into multi-million dollar, multi-year closures. C-Suite Influence: Bridge the gap between sophisticated AI/ML technology and the business goals of Chief Risk Officers and Compliance Executives. Internal Orchestration: Lead the development of high-value proposals by syncing with product teams, legal, and strategic partner executives. Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with our Asian and European teams to manage multinational accounts and align global strategy for US-based clients. High Autonomy: A remote-first role for a "CEO of the territory" who excels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The Candidate Profile Proven Sales Tenure: 5+ years of professional sales experience , with a focused minimum of 3 years specifically closing complex software or business solutions. SaaS/Enterprise Track Record: A documented history of success in selling Enterprise-grade SaaS or high-stakes business software into sophisticated organizations. Domain Depth: Deep fluency in the FinCrime, AML, or RegTech ecosystems is highly preferred. Technical Literacy: Expert at translating sophisticated AI capabilities into tangible ROI and risk mitigation for non-technical stakeholders. Global Agility: Comfortable operating across global time zones (US/EMEA/APAC) and ready for domestic/international travel as needed.
