Role Description The Entrepreneur Partner role at Pharmabridge.pk is a part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves identifying and developing strategic partnerships with pharmacy stakeholders, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions to grow the platform’s reach and impact. The Entrepreneur Partner will help shape new services and initiatives, conduct market outreach, and support community engagement activities aimed at empowering pharmacists. Daily tasks may include networking with potential partners, coordinating collaborative projects, providing input on business and product ideas, and representing Pharmabridge.pk at relevant events or meetings. The role also includes monitoring opportunities for innovation within the pharmacy sector and contributing to sustainable growth strategies for the platform.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development, partnership building, or startup environments, preferably within healthcare or pharmacy.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-management skills to engage pharmacists, healthcare providers, and institutional partners.
• Understanding of pharmacy practice, healthcare systems, or pharmaceutical services; prior experience as a pharmacist or in a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time hybrid responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including capability to identify new opportunities, assess market needs, and propose innovative solutions.
• Comfort with digital platforms, online communities, and basic tech tools used for communication, collaboration, and data tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
• Demonstrated commitment to improving patient care, professional development for pharmacists, and ethical, inclusive practice.
