Presales Consultant – ERP & IT Solutions

Role Description

This is a project-based presales consultant – ERP & IT solutions role based in Dubai, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. The presales consultant will collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to understand client business processes and requirements and translate them into tailored ERP and IT solution proposals. The role involves preparing and delivering product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and presentations that highlight business value and ROI. The consultant will support RFP/RFI responses, design solution architectures and configurations, and develop proof-of-concept setups where needed. Day-to-day responsibilities also include working closely with project teams, contributing to solution documentation, gathering feedback from prospects to inform product and service improvements, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

• Candidates should possess sales and presales skills for opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Candidates should possess project management skills for coordinating presales activities, managing timelines, and supporting smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Experience with ERP platforms and IT solutions (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain, or CRM systems) is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage multiple opportunities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP or project management are an advantage.
