Dubai Tuskers Rugby Football Club is looking for a motivated and well-connected Sponsorship Acquisition Manager to join our team on a Part-Time | Remote | Commission-Based basis.

🏉 About the Role

The Sponsorship Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, building relationships with businesses and brands, presenting our sponsorship opportunities, and successfully securing sponsorship partnerships for Dubai Tuskers RFC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential sponsors and corporate partners

• Approach companies, brands and decision-makers

• Present Dubai Tuskers RFC sponsorship opportunities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships

• Negotiate and close sponsorship partnerships

• Follow up with prospective sponsors and manage the sponsorship pipeline

• Contribute to the club's sponsorship growth strategy

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in sponsorship, sales, business development, marketing or partnerships

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Existing business network and corporate connections will be an advantage

• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Passion for sports, rugby or sports marketing is an advantage

💰 Compensation: Commission-Based – earn a percentage from successfully secured sponsorships
