Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Associate

This opportunity is designed for an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in talent acquisition and human resources. Through structured training, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure, the successful candidate will develop the skills needed to become a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist.

You bring:

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• A strong interest in developing expertise across the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through onboarding
• Approximately one year of talent acquisition or related experience, preferred but not required
• Initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to solve problems independently
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Meta Ads, and Google Workspace
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and dashboards
• The aptitude to learn applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
• A strong sense of urgency and a consistent record of meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and respect in every interaction
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine commitment to continuous learning
• A collaborative mindset, positive energy, and high personal integrity

• Support the recruitment of clinical professionals, including Registered Nurses, Surgical Technologists, Medical Assistants, and Physician Assistants
• Source and evaluate candidates for clinical and corporate positions
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring leaders
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare compelling job postings and support targeted recruitment campaigns
• Maintain accurate candidate records, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports
• Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders to execute hiring strategies
• Provide administrative and operational support across business functions
• Assist with onboarding, benefits coordination, and other human resources initiatives as needed
• Identify opportunities to strengthen recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience
