Job Title: Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter

SUMMARY:

As a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will help identify and engage prospective candidates throughout the initial hiring process. You will conduct high-volume candidate outreach, perform preliminary phone screenings, assess applicant qualifications, communicate opportunity details, and coordinate qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct 150-250 candidate outreach and screening interactions daily using provided candidate information and CRM tools.
• Reach out to prospective applicants and introduce available employment opportunities.
• Conduct initial talent acquisition calls to understand candidate experience, communication, attitude, and overall suitability.
• Clearly explain position details, requirements, expectations, and hiring process information.
• Evaluate applicants according to established talent and qualification criteria.
• Identify candidates who meet the initial requirements for available positions.
• Coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening notes, call outcomes, and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Follow established recruitment scripts, candidate communication procedures, and talent acquisition workflows.
• Complete additional recruitment and candidate support tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Professional and confident telephone communication style.
• Ability to assess candidate attitude, communication, experience, and overall fit during initial calls.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of candidate interactions each day.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Primary and secondary internet connection and electricity required.
• Computer and mobile device required.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center work is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience following an English-language script is a plus.
