Epic Bridges / Cloverleaf Integration Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Epic Bridges Integration Analyst with hands-on Cloverleaf Interface Engine experience to support ongoing healthcare interoperability and interface management initiatives. This fully remote, part-time consulting opportunity is ideal for a technical professional with a strong background in Epic integrations, HL7 messaging, and interface engine support.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf environments, troubleshooting interface issues, and ensuring reliable data exchange between Epic and third-party healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of interfaces within Epic Bridges and the Cloverleaf Interface Engine.
  

• Monitor and troubleshoot HL7 interfaces to ensure accurate and timely data exchange between Epic and external systems.
  

• Investigate interface errors, message failures, connectivity issues, and data mapping discrepancies.
  

• Assist with interface development, modifications, testing, and validation as needed.
  

• Collaborate with Epic application teams, technical stakeholders, and external vendors to resolve integration issues.
  

• Support interface documentation, technical specifications, and change management processes.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve interface reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
  

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for ongoing integration initiatives.
  

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Epic Bridges integrations in a healthcare environment.
  

• Demonstrated experience working with the Infor Cloverleaf Interface Engine.
  

• Strong understanding of HL7 v2 messaging, interface workflows, and healthcare data exchange.
  

• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting production healthcare interfaces.
  

• Knowledge of interface mapping, message transformation, and connectivity protocols.
  

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time consulting capacity.
  

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Bridges certification.
  

• Experience with Cloverleaf TCL scripting and interface configuration.
  

• Familiarity with ADT, ORM, ORU, and other common HL7 message types.
  

• Experience supporting Epic integrations with ancillary systems, laboratory systems, or external vendors.
  

• Previous healthcare IT consulting or project-based integration experience.
  

Additional Details

This engagement is anticipated to last approximately 20 weeks or longer, with an estimated commitment of 5 hours per week. The selected consultant should be comfortable providing specialized technical support on a limited, part-time basis while collaborating with internal teams as needed.
