Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation & Care:
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine appropriate treatments.

- Deliver high-quality aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Treatment Execution:
- Administer aesthetic treatments with precision and care, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Hybrid Coordination:
- Engage in remote follow-ups and client communications to monitor treatment progress.
- Manage appointments and client records using digital tools and platforms.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized care.
- Address client concerns and queries promptly, ensuring a positive overall experience.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with the Dang Lifestyle team to align services with the brand’s standards and initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification/license in esthetics or cosmetology.
- Proven experience as an aesthetician in a professional setting.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
