We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting data from multiple source systems, transforming data according to business requirements, and loading it into data warehouse. This role requires strong SQL skills, expertise in data warehousing concepts, and experience with modern data integration and orchestration tools. This position will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities: Data Integration & Development Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes to support enterprise reporting and analytics. Develop source-to-stage and stage-to-data warehouse data pipelines. Create and maintain data transformation logic, mappings, and business rules. Develop and optimize database views, stored procedures, and SQL scripts. Integrate data from databases, APIs, file systems, and third-party applications. Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery processes within ETL workflows. Data Warehouse & Data Management Support enterprise data warehouse architecture and data modeling initiatives. Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Document data flows, mappings, technical specifications, and operational procedures. Orchestration & Automation Develop and maintain workflow scheduling and orchestration processes. Configure job dependencies, alerts, notifications, and automated recovery procedures. Monitor ETL jobs and proactively identify performance bottlenecks. Support production deployments and post-deployment validation activities. Support & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot ETL failures and data quality issues. Participate in code reviews and adherence to development standards. Recommend improvements to data integration processes and system performance. Support production incidents and perform impact analysis as needed. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience developing ETL/ELT solutions. Strong experience with SQL and relational database platforms. Experience with data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and data integration. Experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory & Fabric. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with APIs, flat files, XML, JSON, and other data formats. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of data lake and lakehouse architectures. Experience with workflow scheduling tools such as Redwood RunMyJobs or equivalent. Experience with Service Now. Familiarity with Power BI and enterprise reporting platforms. Familiarity with Linux. Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) and real-time data integration. Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and source control tools.
