Shape the Future of Workplace Wellbeing in Europe

Workplace wellbeing has become a strategic priority for employers across Europe. Topics such as mental health, psychosocial wellbeing, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), absence management, reintegration and sustainable employability are high on the agenda of employers, insurers, HR leaders and policymakers.

To support our ambitious European growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced European Manager Business Development & Strategic Partnerships.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a senior business development professional who understands the evolving workplace wellbeing landscape, can navigate complex stakeholder environments, and is capable of building long-term strategic partnerships across Europe.

In this key position, you act as the bridge between the European market and our organisation. You identify emerging needs, develop new opportunities, build strategic alliances and help shape the future development of Pulso's services and international growth.

Your impact

As a European Manager Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, you will play a key role in expanding Pulso's presence and partnerships across Europe.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy that supports Pulso's continued European growth.
  • Monitor and anticipate developments in workplace wellbeing, psychosocial health, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), HR services and related support services.
  • Identify opportunities across European markets and translate these into new projects, strategic partnerships and innovative service offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with employers, multinational organisations, insurers, brokers, HR leaders and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong European network within workplace wellbeing, employee support services and HR-related sectors.
  • Lead strategic and consultative discussions with prospective clients and partners.
  • Analyse complex client challenges and identify underlying organisational needs.
  • Develop business cases, commercial proposals and partnership agreements.
  • Contribute to the continued evolution of Pulso's service portfolio and international positioning.
  • Help strengthen Pulso's reputation as a leading European partner in workplace wellbeing.

Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced business development professional with a consultative approach. You thrive on understanding complex organisational challenges and creating sustainable partnerships and solutions.

Your Experience And Expertise:

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, consulting, account management or commercial services.
  • Proven experience with complex service solutions and long sales or decision-making processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience in consultative selling and developing tailored solutions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to build credibility and trust at senior executive level.
  • Experience working across different European markets and cultures.
  • Fluency in English.

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise and experience in one or more of the following domains:

  • Workplace wellbeing and psychosocial health.
  • Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).
  • Reintegration and absence management.
  • Sustainable employability.
  • Strategic wellbeing programmes.

  • Occupational health, healthcare and insurance-related services.
