Pour propulser ce projet, nous recherchons 2 talents bénévoles (4h/semaine, télétravail complet, horaires libres) :

EVENT PROJECT MANAGER

• Participer à la conception des événements.
• Coordonner lieux, prestataires, intervenants et bénévoles.
• Construire et suivre les rétroplannings.
• Suivre les besoins logistiques et les budgets.
• Coordonner inscriptions et participants.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe Communication sur la promotion.

To drive this vision, we are looking for 2 volunteer talents (4 hours/week, 100% remote, work whenever you want):

EVENT PROJECT MANAGER

• Support event concept development.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, speakers and volunteers.
• Build and manage event timelines.
• Coordinate logistics and budgets.
• Manage registrations and participants.
• Work closely with our Communication team.
• Coordinate operations on event day.
• Lead post-event follow-up and impact measurement.
