Fourvenues

Fourvenues is a tech platform born from within the entertainment industry, which gives it a first-hand understanding of what venues actually need to run their business.

The platform brings everything under one roof: online ticket sales, guest list management, VIP reservations, a fully integrated POS system for the bar and box office, real-time capacity tracking, and a built-in CRM to truly understand your audience.
What makes it stand out is how it connects all these touchpoints, from the moment someone buys a ticket to what they spend at the bar, generating cross-referenced data that lets owners see exactly which events perform best, which customer profiles spend the most, which promoters actually deliver, and where money is being left on the table.
The result: smarter decisions, less manual work, tighter control over the business, and a smoother experience for both staff and guests.

Your Mission

We are looking for an Event Sales & Delegate Relations Intern to fill Fun Business Days 2027, the nightlife industry congress we run in Valencia, with the right people and partners: 3,000 attendees across clients, prospects from Spain, Italy and the US, and industry leaders, plus a 40-stand expo area. If you love talking to people, know how to listen and enjoy persuading, we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Invite every Fourvenues client to Fun Business Days, together with our account managers.

  • Reach out to and win over prospects, industry leaders and VIP guests.

  • Keep the guest database in HubSpot and Notion up to date, with the status of every invitation.

  • Run email campaigns, follow up by phone and WhatsApp, and send invitation codes.

  • Manage registration and tickets, and report weekly on how many people have registered.

  • Own the commercial relationship with our expo partners: reconfirm last year's partners, handle new requests, send proposals and contracts, and keep the pipeline up to date.

  • Coordinate speed meetings and introductions between delegates, speakers and industry leaders.

  • Run our networking app and make sure every attendee uses it.

Your profile

  • Studies in protocol, marketing, sales or communication, either ongoing (with an internship agreement) or recently completed.

  • Bilingual or fully fluent English.

  • A people person: you enjoy calling people, meeting them and listening to them.

  • Organised with data and confident with Notion and Google Workspace.

  • Full-time availability from November 2026 to the end of April 2027.

  • Weekend availability during the 3 weeks before the event.

We value

  • Commercial, sales or customer service experience.

  • HubSpot or another CRM.

  • Previous experience at events, conferences, trade fairs or festivals.

  • Italian.

  • Interest in the nightlife and live music industry.

Why us?

  • Paid internship with a monthly allowance.

  • Experience a 3,000 attendee congress from the inside and meet the leaders of the industry.

  • A vision and team that will inspire you to excel and reach the next level in your career development.

  • Continuous training: we want you to stay at the forefront of technology and grow your skills through regular internal training.

  • MacBook laptop and high-resolution monitors to maximize your potential.

  • Hybrid work model (3+2): three days in the office and two from home if that’s where you feel most productive, although we're confident that the environment and the team will make you enjoy being at the office more than you’d expect.

  • Flexible working hours. Organize your workday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, as long as you meet scheduled commitments.
