The Change Republic coaches senior leaders on working with AI. Our clients are C-level and senior leaders in large companies across Europe.

The role

We are looking for a small number of Executive AI Coaches to take on AI coaching projects with our clients. This is contract work, project by project, a few projects a year. You work under The Change Republic name. We bring the clients. You work remotely or hybrid, from anywhere in Europe.

What you need

→ You build things with AI yourself. Microsoft Copilot is a must. Codex, Claude Code and other tools will likely come into the coaching too, depending on what the client's IT allows.

→ You have held a senior leadership role in a corporate, ideally a large multinational.

→ You can sit across from a CEO and speak as an equal.

→ English is a must. French, German or Spanish is a plus.

1. The link to your LinkedIn profile.
2. A link to a screen recording of 3 minutes or less, showing something you built yourself with Copilot. Talk us through it as you go.
3. 180 words on the hardest conversation you have had with a senior leader. It does not need to be about AI.

Making the recording and sharing the link is up to you and your AI. Consider it the first part of the test.
