The Role
As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be a cornerstone of our leadership team’s productivity and organization. With 5+ years of experience, you’ll bring exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to manage schedules, communications, and special projects.
What You’ll Do
Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and travel.
Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations and reports.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipate the needs of the leadership team, handling priorities with discretion.
Coordinate special projects and track key deliverables to completion.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
