Role Description<

We're hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our founding team. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps our founders focused on product, partnerships, and growth.


Work arrangement: Full-time hybrid, based in Taguig with flexibility for remote work.


What we offer

Day-to-day

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners, including property managers, condo and HOA boards, cooperatives, and LGU offices
  • Liaise with government agencies and clients to ensure stakeholder engagement
  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings with clients, investors, partners, and internal teams
  • Organize travel, logistics, client site visits, and events such as forums, expos, and startup competitions
  • Prepare briefing materials, proposals, presentations, and correspondence
  • Process and track expense reports accurately
  • Maintain organized records and handle confidential files with care
  • Deliver and manage physical documents to clients, partners, and agencies as needed
  • Coordinate across teams and follow through on action items without waiting to be asked



Qualifications

  • Executive support experience, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities, deadlines, and sensitive information discreetly
  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable dealing with board members, executives, and residents alike
  • Close attention to detail in expense tracking, document preparation, and record-keeping
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or equivalent practicals experience
  • Prior experience supporting executives in tech, real estate, property management, or community organizations is a plus
