About Us

At Archetype AI, we’re building the world’s first physical AI platform to bring artificial intelligence into the real world. Our foundation model, Newton, understands the physical world through objective sensor data and generates real-time insights into complex physical behaviors, from industrial machinery and systems to wearable devices and smart environments.

Formed by a high-caliber team from Google and backed by one of Silicon Valley’s most renowned venture funds, Archetype AI is at Series A and rapidly advancing its technology for the next big leap. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting, fast-growing AI team based in the heart of Silicon Valley.

About the Role

As we scale, our founders’ time, our San Mateo office, and the company’s day-to-day operations all need to run without friction. This role blends executive support, office management, and early operations work, keeping the CEO and COO focused, the office running smoothly, and the operational backbone of the company built to grow with us.

What You’ll Own

  • The CEO and COO are well scheduled, prepared for every meeting, and free to focus on the highest-leverage priorities.

  • Executive travel, expenses, and correspondence are handled end to end, accurately and with discretion.

  • The San Mateo office is stocked, organized, and welcoming, with vendors, deliveries, and guests managed smoothly.

  • New hires arrive to a ready workstation, working accounts, and a well-run first day.

  • Interviews, team events, and offsites run on schedule and land well with candidates and the team.

  • HR administration and cross-functional projects move to completion, with scalable processes replacing day-to-day friction.

Key Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in executive support, office management, or operations, ideally at a fast-paced tech startup.

  • Track record managing complex, shifting calendars and prioritizing on behalf of busy executives.

  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication.

  • Sound judgment and discretion with confidential financial, legal, and people information.

  • Comfort with Google Workspace and Slack, and quick to learn new systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as an early operations or administrative hire at a high-growth startup.

  • Experience supporting multiple executives or founders at once.

  • Exposure to finance, HR, or legal operations.

  • Track record planning successful team events and offsites.
