Executive Director, Diagnostic & Imaging Services

Description

Responsible for the overall operational, financial, and strategic leadership of the practice/network. Partners closely with senior leadership, physicians, and governing boards to drive growth, innovation, patient access, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience. Oversees budgeting, financial performance, business development, compliance, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Serves as a strategic advisor to the Regional Vice President and Policy Board(s), providing guidance on organizational priorities, policies, and long-term growth initiatives. Directs the development and execution of short-term and long-range strategic plans, budgets, and operational objectives to ensure financial sustainability and continued organizational success.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $227000.00 - $227000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
