Executive, Immigration & Global Mobility

We are looking for an Executive to join our Immigration and Global Mobility Practice, supporting high‑net‑worth individuals and families with immigration and relocation matters to Malta. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys client interaction and working in a collaborative, professional services environment. What You’ll Do Support private clients with immigration and relocation applications, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑ups Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a smooth and professional client experience Liaise with local immigration authorities and relevant public entities Coordinate client matters with legal, tax, and compliance teams across the firm Maintain accurate client records in the firm’s CRM or practice management systems Contribute to service and process improvements in response to business needs What We’re Looking For Fluency in English, both written and spoken 1–2 years’ experience working with foreign or international clients Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to client service Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with CRM or similar systems Why Join Us Hybrid working model Private health insurance Full training and continuous development opportunities Competitive salary package Weekly staff lunch and daily fruit and snacks Chetcuti Cauchi is an equal opportunities employer.
