What You'll Be Doing

Casino & Live Casino Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations: Deliver consistently high standards across Casino and Live Casino.
• Oversee game releases: Handle content selection, certification checks, QA testing, launch coordination, and ongoing optimisation.
• Maintain the content roadmap: Ensure a competitive, engaging portfolio and oversee game positioning and promotional visibility in the lobby.
• Collaborate internally: Work with Product, CRM, Compliance, and Support teams to resolve operational issues.
  
  

Supplier & Commercial Management

• Manage partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with game providers and aggregators.
• Drive performance: Lead commercial evaluations and supplier business reviews.
• Identify growth: Secure new content, premium placements, and better terms.
• Onboard providers: Support the sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding of new suppliers.

Campaigns & Player Experience

• Plan campaigns: Collaborate with CRM and suppliers to deliver engaging promotions and tournaments.
• Secure exclusives: Source supplier-funded promotions and exclusive content.
• Review performance: Evaluate campaigns to improve product discovery and player satisfaction.
  
  

Financial & Commercial Control

• Reconcile invoices: Validate provider charges, jackpot calculations, promotional deductions, and rebates.
• Resolve discrepancies: Identify billing issues and work with suppliers and Finance to fix them.
• Track commitments: Maintain accurate records of agreements to support profitability initiatives.
  
  

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance: Align content releases with Dutch regulatory requirements.
• Manage reporting: Maintain accurate records of launches, removals, and certifications.
• Uphold standards: Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to promote responsible gaming.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in iGaming, casino operations, or digital content management.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience handling financials and supplier relations.
• Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional organization to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Clear communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
