Our client is a boutique GTM search firm running at an $8-10M run-rate, plugged directly into top VC networks: a16z, First Round, Emergence, and others funnel business straight to them. They're not pitching for work. They're turning it away because they don't have enough people to run it.

What this looks like:

• Own 5-8 retained searches at a time - VP Sales, Head of Marketing, CRO, CCO level
• Full cycle: strategy, sourcing, client management, closing, comp and equity conversations
• Direct with founders, CEOs, and GTM leaders - no layers, no handoffs
• Fully remote - work from anywhere in the U.S., the team is distributed and it works because everyone here is a self-sufficient operator, not because anyone needs to be managed into performing
• Step into demand that already exists - the firm's problem is capacity, not pipeline

The money:

Execution bonus on everything you deliver, a BD bonus roughly double that when you originate, and an accelerator at target that pushes your share to 50-60% of fees. Every producer on this team is making $600K+ this year.

Small, elite, and deliberately kept that way. This isn't a firm hiring broadly to fill headcount, it's eight people who are all genuinely top of their field, backed by inbound demand most recruiters never get access to.
