Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

Were hiring several Expedited Logistics Coordinators to join a fast-paced transportation and supply chain operation in Belleville, MI.

No previous logistics experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely interested in breaking into the supply chain/logistics industry. Candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, operations, dispatch, or other high-volume environments are encouraged to apply.

Available Shifts

Sunday - Thursday

• 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Tuesday - Saturday

• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Shift Premiums

In addition to your regular hourly rate, employees are eligible for:

• +$1.75/hour for any hours worked between 3:30 PM and 7:30 AM
• +$1.75/hour for any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday
• Premiums can stack, meaning qualifying weekend hours worked between 3:30 PM and 7:30 AM can earn an additional $3.50/hour on top of the regular hourly rate

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate time-sensitive and expedited shipments from pickup through delivery
• Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams
• Track shipments and provide real-time status updates
• Help resolve delays, scheduling changes, and other transportation issues
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment information within internal systems
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the transportation process

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
