Golden Key Real Estate Services is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Property Practitioner to join our growing team!

We are an established, independently owned boutique real estate agency with two years of operation behind us and exciting plans for expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious agent who enjoys the freedom of working independently while benefiting from the support of an established agency.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Full Status Property Practitioner with a valid PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
• Previous experience in residential property sales and/or rentals.
• NQF Level 4 Real Estate qualification advantageous.
• Own reliable vehicle, mobile phone and laptop.
• Willingness to work across Cape Town's Southern Suburbs and Atlantic Seaboard, as well as other areas where our property portfolio is established.
• Flexibility to travel for property viewings, inspections and client appointments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every aspect of the business.
• Meticulous administrative and organisational skills, with a strong commitment to accurate documentation, record-keeping and regulatory compliance.
• A sound understanding of real estate compliance requirements, including FICA, POPIA and PPRA regulations.
• Excellent client communication and quick response times, with a commitment to responding promptly to enquiries, following up consistently and keeping clients informed throughout the transaction.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently and remotely.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to generate listings and close transactions.
• Professional, reliable, trustworthy and committed to exceptional client service.
