What You'll Do
Are you the person who automates the boring stuff just because you can? Do you spend your free time experimenting with AI tools, coding agents, or side projects? If so, we want to talk to you.
Our AI Automation team is looking for an early-career engineer who is eager to learn, quick to try new things, and excited to turn emerging AI technology into real solutions that make work faster, smarter, and more secure. You’ll get hands-on experience with the latest AI tools, work alongside experienced engineers and product owners, and see your work make a measurable difference from day one.
What you’ll do:
- Build AI-powered automations, agents, and tools that remove manual work and reduce risk.
- Direct AI coding agents to create applications and integrations, and review what they build.
- Connect enterprise systems using APIs and cloud services.
- Experiment with new AI capabilities and help decide what’s worth scaling.
- Partner with business and technology teams to spot problems worth solving.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of software development, automation, technology, or related experience is required.
- 2+ years of experience working with AWS (GCP or Azure experience also welcome) is required.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with agentic software development workflows is required.
- A solid grasp of programming fundamentals and APIs.
- Curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to explain your ideas clearly.
Nice to haves:
- Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript experience.
- Exposure to Power Platform, Copilot Studio, GitHub, or large language models.
- Interest in security, identity, or risk.
- A project, hackathon, or internship you can’t wait to tell us about.
Why you’ll love it here:
- Ground-floor opportunity: Join a new team and help shape how we use AI across the enterprise.
- Real impact: Your solutions go into production and solve real business problems.
- Room to grow: Learn from experienced engineers and build skills in one of tech’s fastest-moving fields.
- Freedom to experiment: We value curiosity and new ideas, try it, learn, and iterate.
