What You'll Do
Do you like turning manual, repetitive work into something smarter? Do you enjoy helping others pick up new tools and skills? Our Information Security Risk (ISR) team is looking for a Product Owner to help drive AI and automation across Cyber Security, Security Governance, Identity & Access Management, and Data Protection.
This isn't about owning every automation. You'll be a partner, coach, and connector. You'll work alongside security teams to find the highest-value opportunities, speed up their efforts, and build AI and automation skills across the organization. Your work will show up as lower risk, time given back to teams, and stronger controls.
What you'll do:
- Partner with security leaders and teams to spot and prioritize high-impact automation and AI opportunities.
- Teach and coach team members on AI and automation through workshops, demos, and hands-on support.
- Connect teams and share what works so good ideas spread and effort isn't duplicated.
- Guide the Security Automation team backlog and work with engineers to deliver solutions that can be reused.
- Measure and share results, including time saved, risk reduced, and teams enabled.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with:
- Associate or bachelor's degree (preferably in computer science, technology, engineering, or a math-related field) and 3+ years' work experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a product owner or in a similar role, including managing a backlog and setting priorities in an Agile environment is required.
- Hands-on familiarity with automation or workflow tools (e.g., SOAR, ServiceNow, Power Automate, scripting/APIs).
- A natural ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to make technical topics approachable.
Nice to have:
- Background in cybersecurity, governance/risk/compliance, IAM, or data protection.
- Experience applying AI or agentic capabilities responsibly to real business problems.
- Experience coaching, teaching, or leading adoption of new ways of working.
Why you'll love this role:
- Build something new: Help shape a growing AI and automation capability from the ground up.
- Broad impact: Work across all of security, not just one area.
- Grow others and yourself: Teach, coach, and keep learning in one of the fastest-moving areas of technology.
- Meaningful work: Your efforts directly help protect our customers, employees, and the business.
