About Us

CL Schneider Mentoring exists for experienced professionals who recognize that sustainable success begins with internal clarity, self-leadership and conscious ownership of one’s professional path. In collaboration with established international partners, we provide access to advanced leadership, personal growth and success education within an independent and expansion minded environment.

Our mentoring leadership team includes experienced leaders, professionals and small business owners from many different industries. While many have backgrounds in leadership, healthcare, hospitality, education, consulting, sales and wellness, what they have in common is not their profession. It is the desire to create a more meaningful, flexible and self-directed way of living and working.

They bring communication skills, emotional intelligence, resilience and professional experience, and are now exploring how those strengths can evolve into a different kind of future.

What the Role Involves

Your focus is on meaningful conversations with experienced professionals who are exploring new possibilities beyond traditional industry structures. You listen carefully, explore alignment and support individuals in gaining greater clarity about whether our mentoring environment and Life Design programs could be aligned with their next chapter.

How You Contribute

• Initiate authentic conversations with professionals exploring new possibilities for their future

• Facilitate short discovery conversations around leadership, personal growth and professional transition

• Recognize alignment between individuals and our mentoring environment

• Support individuals as they explore more independent and flexible professional pathways

• Work independently while collaborating within an international leadership environment

• Continue your own growth through mentoring, training and self leadership education

Qualifications & Skills

• Several years of professional experience in a leadership, client-facing or business environment. This experience may come from corporate leadership, small business ownership, hospitality, healthcare, education, consulting, sales, wellness or another professional field where communication, responsibility and people skills have been important.

• Professional and self-motivated mindset

• Interest in leadership, personal growth and self-development

• Comfortable working independently and remotely (part- or full-time)

• Open to learning new systems and approaches

• English speaking
