This role is responsible for providing expert contributions to assessment solutions for both external and internal projects, and assisting to build the next generation of digital assessment . Testgrid solutions help organisations to enable faster and smarter d ecisions and empower success through people . We work with clients to drive superior performance in areas such as Selection, Development, Talent Pools, Succession Planning and Leadership Development. Testgrid’s strategic application of psychometric tests and state-of-the-art assessment platform are aligned to organisations competencies and reduce risk across talent management initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities Provision of day-to-day client support Answering assessment related client queries in the pre-sales process Making assessment recommendations Conducting assessment debriefs Conducting client competency mapping Client Onboarding and Training Facilitating product training sessions Facilitating best-practice recruitment process training Developing and or facilitating other custom workshops/training Internal Project Work Providing support to Service Delivery team in the design and delivery of internal projects, including data analysis If you are interested in this role, please complete the online application form, and follow the link to complete a video interview.
