Responsibilities Conduct rigging operations in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure reliability and safety. Plan and execute lifts by analyzing load requirements and physical constraints. Collaborate with crew members and other personnel to ensure effective communication during operations. Implement safety measures to mitigate risks during rigging and lifting activities. Assist in the preparation and setup of projects, including rigging layouts and load calculations. Provide training and mentorship to junior riggers and new personnel on best practices and safety protocols. Proven experience as a rigger in the oil and energy sector or a related industry. Rigging Intermediate or above on High Risk Work Licence. Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. Physical fitness and the capability to work in challenging environmental conditions. Flexibility to work on various schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and outages.
