The Credit Solutions division is a core part of our business and is divided into two teams, front-end contact centre and portfolio support. This position requires flexibility and will include managing sensitive customer communication, resolving arrears, and above all else providing excellent customer service. If you are currently working for a financial services provider or within an administration and/or customer service role in a fast paced environment then we would love to hear from you. We sat down with our Credit Solutions Manager who let us know the following about the role – What are the daily responsibilities this person will complete? “You’ll play a crucial role in empathetically guiding individuals to understand and manage their financial obligations, using your skills in communication and problem-solving to help them navigate challenging situations.
