Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited law school

• Valid membership in and licensure by the State bar where you live

• 5+ years relevant experience

Key Skills and Experience

• Expertise in your legal field, with a thirst for continuous learning

• Ability to provide practical advice, even with incomplete information, by skillfully identifying gaps through effective questioning

• Proficiency in breaking down complex issues into manageable components, developing logical progressions

• Effective collaboration with other subject matter experts

• Self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects, and driving them to completion

Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience in BigLaw or specialized boutique law firms

• In-house legal experience

• Robust personal and professional networks

• Additional business-related experience, such as startup leadership, consulting, or an MBA program

• Excellent educational credentials
