Facilities Manager

Role Description The Facilities Manager will oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the center’s physical facilities and support services while working remotely in a part-time capacity. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring building systems performance through digital tools, and liaising with on-site staff and external vendors to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance. The role involves managing service contracts, overseeing cleaning and safety procedures, and supporting compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to a psychological treatment and rehabilitation center. The Facilities Manager will also assist with space planning, inventory tracking for equipment and supplies, and reporting on facility status, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.

• Candidates should possess skills in vendor and contract management, including scheduling services, negotiating terms, and monitoring performance.
• Candidates should possess skills in health, safety, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to apply relevant standards in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Candidates should possess skills in remote collaboration, using digital tools for communication, documentation, and tracking tasks and work orders.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize part-time workload effectively.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills in en_US, with the ability to interact professionally with multidisciplinary clinical teams and service providers.
• Relevant experience in healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centers, or similar environments is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in facilities management, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial, along with basic proficiency in office and facility management software.
