Facility Operations Manager

Role Description The Facility Operations Manager at SCI Logilis is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves overseeing day-to-day facility operations, coordinating building services, and ensuring that all areas of the facility meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. The Facility Operations Manager will plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules, manage vendor and service provider relationships, and support budgeting and cost control for facility-related activities. This role also includes supervising on-site staff, coordinating space utilization and office moves, responding to facility-related issues, and maintaining documentation and reports to support efficient operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills to oversee building systems and services.
• Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Supervisory Skills to lead teams and coordinate daily activities.
• Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance and related facility upkeep to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using facility management software and basic office productivity tools.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Relevant diploma or degree in facility management, engineering, operations, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in managing commercial or industrial facilities in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
