WE ARE HIRING FASHION DESIGNER Location: Remote Industry: Apparel / Fashion Design / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: USA hours with flexible working hours Role Overview We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join a dynamic apparel design and product development environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye for design, technical design knowledge, and hands-on experience in fashion design, preferably within Sleep Wear and Intimates . This role requires creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to work remotely according to USA hours. Key Responsibilities Develop creative fashion design concepts based on customer and business requirements Support product development through design ideas, sketches, artwork, and technical inputs Work directly with customers and internal teams with minimal supervision Create and refine designs using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and related design tools Prepare design presentations, technical details, and supporting documentation as required Apply technical knowledge of garment design to support product quality and development Manage multiple design tasks while prioritizing deadlines effectively Support creative problem-solving and process improvements within the design workflow Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in all design-related work Work under pressure while maintaining creativity, professionalism, and design standards Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion Design Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar fashion design role Experience in Sleep Wear and Intimates would be preferred Experience working directly with customers would be an added advantage Skills & Other Requirements Well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Excel Good knowledge of hand sketching Strong technical knowledge of design Fluent in English Creative eye for fashion design and product development Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Flexible to work remotely according to USA hours What We Offer Opportunity to work in an advanced and technology-driven environment Career growth and progression opportunities Friendly work environment Training and continuous development of skills Inspiring work experience in a culture of excellence Ready to take your career to new heights?
