FBS Product Owner I

Capgemini is looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Owner II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with business partners to gather and document system requirements, ensuring that our technology solutions align with their needs. As a key member of an Agile team, you will collaborate with developers and testers to guide the design and implementation of system enhancements. Your ability to review completed work and effectively demo solutions to business partners is crucial for ensuring their expectations are met. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential as you coordinate efforts across various stakeholders. Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). Total Work Experience Minimum Required: 4-6 years Preferred: 7-9 years English Proficiency Minimum Required: Fluent Experience Requirements: Experience in an Agile environment. Experience as a Product Owner. Stakeholders Communication & Alignment Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and make informed decisions that impact the team. Prioritization Skills Competence in prioritizing work items to support business objectives and enabling teams to adapt to changes in goals. Other Critical Skills Demo / Presentation Skills - Intermediate Written Communication / Requirements - Advanced Preferred experience in Personal Lines Insurance.
