Someone who shares our values, embraces high standards, takes initiative, and wants to be part of a team that strives for excellence in everything we do.

We offer our Care Supervisors:

  • Manage onboarding paperwork, contracts, consent forms, and care documentation

  • Conduct client reviews to ensure care remains safe, effective, and responsive

  • Support capacity planning and work closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Manager

  • Investigate and resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach

  • Promote a positive culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated

  • Be a Team Leader and lead by example, championing our values of compassion, professionalism, reliability, and excellence

About You - We are looking for someone who is:

  • Warm, approachable, and compassionate

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident working independently and using their own initiative

  • A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

  • Passionate about delivering truly outstanding care

  • Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards

  • Positive, energetic, and enjoys being part of a team

  • A natural mentor who enjoys supporting and developing others
