What if your next challenge was at Parrot?
From Bluetooth in cars to consumer and professional drones: since 1994, we’ve made innovation part of our culture. Year after year, we transform our technological expertise into solutions that are always smarter, more powerful, and more ambitious. Three decades of innovation have enabled us to build unique expertise and establish ourselves in constantly evolving markets. And this momentum is also reflected in our numbers: the Group generated nearly €80 million in revenue in 2025, 87% of which came from international markets.
As Parrot continues to expand, we are seeking a technically strong, customer-facing Field Executive to support the complete lifecycle of customer programs across Sweden & Finland, from pre-sales engagement and evaluation through deployment, sustainment, and continued program development.
About the Role :
The Field Executive operates at the intersection of pre-sales, technical enablement, program delivery, customer success, and operational sustainment. Acting as Parrot’s primary technical and operational field representative within the assigned region, the Field Executive works alongside the Sales team to understand customer missions, demonstrate and evaluate Parrot solutions, support successful deployment and adoption, and sustain customer operational capability over time.
The role requires continuous engagement with end users and program stakeholders to ensure deployed systems remain mission-ready, users remain proficient, issues are identified and coordinated through resolution, and Parrot solutions continue to evolve with customer requirements. The Field Executive supports the technical and operational dimensions of the customer relationship, while the Sales team retains ownership of commercial strategy, pricing, opportunity management, and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Sales & Field Engagement :
- Support the sales team during customer discovery, opportunity qualification, demonstrations, evaluations, trials, and technical discussions.
- Translate customer mission requirements, operational constraints, and workflows into appropriate technical solutions and configurations.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-concept activities, and field evaluations.
- Provide technical input for proposals, tenders, solution configurations, and program planning.
- Represent Parrot at field demonstrations / tech days, end user & partner meetings, program reviews, industry events and exercises within the assigned region.
Technical Customer & Program Management :
- Build strong, trusted relationships with end users & partners across all applicable verticals, with a focus on technical success and long-term operational value.
- Develop a deep understanding of end user mission profiles, system architectures, workflows, constraints, and evolving requirements.
- Lead technical business reviews, program updates, operational readiness sessions, and field follow-up activities.
- Maintain visibility on the health, priorities, risks, and technical needs of key customer programs.
Deployment, Training & Operational Sustainment :
- Lead technical onboarding and deployment coordination for UAV systems, payloads, software, and associated workflows.
- Deliver advanced training covering aircraft operation, mission planning, data capture, post-processing, system maintenance, and operational best practices.
- Develop region - and use-case - specific enablement and sustainment plans aligned with Defense, Law Enforcement, Federal Agency, Public Safety, and enterprise requirements.
- Maintain regular engagement following deployment to sustain long-term operational readiness, customer proficiency, and mission effectiveness.
- Monitor system adoption, operational feedback, training needs, software and product evolution, and emerging customer requirements.
- Identify requirements for refresher training, additional enablement, system updates, accessories, replacement equipment, or expanded capabilities.
- Help end users maintain effective use of deployed systems throughout the operational lifecycle and support continuity as products, software, and missions evolve.
Proactive Technical Support & Issue Coordination :
- Act as a field technical escalation point for complex system, software, integration, or operational issues.
- Work closely with Support and Aftersales teams to diagnose issues and coordinate resolution.
- Proactively identify technical or operational risks that could affect customer readiness, adoption, or program success.
- Ensure customer-facing issues and actions are followed through with clear ownership, communication, and closure.
Program Development & Solution Expansion :
- Identify opportunities to expand the operational use of Parrot solutions through new mission profiles, products, software capabilities, integrations, training, and services.
- Support renewals and expansions by demonstrating operational value, technical performance, mission impact, and continued customer success.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on account strategy, solution positioning, and the technical development of new opportunities.
- Capture emerging customer requirements that may support future product, solution, or program development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Leadership :
- Provide structured and technically detailed field feedback to Product, Engineering, Quality, and Leadership teams to help influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- Support Sales with technical input for pipeline qualification, program execution, bids, tenders, and program reviews.
- Contribute to technical documentation, deployment and sustainment guides, training materials, best practices, and customer-facing resources.
- Share field experience and lessons learned across the organization to improve deployment quality, sustainment practices, and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience supporting, enabling, or managing end users in the region, ideally in a technical, field, program, or customer-facing role.
- Strong technical understanding of UAS platforms, sensors, software workflows, and integrated hardware/software systems.
- Proven ability to translate operational requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from end users and operators to program managers and senior leadership.
- Ability to operate autonomously in the field while coordinating effectively with distributed Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the assigned region and Europe as required.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience with drones, robotics, aviation, ISR systems, IoT, or other mission-critical technologies.
- Familiarity with Defense, Law Enforcement, Federal Agencies, Public Safety, or security-focused operational environments.
- Understanding of UAV regulations, airspace compliance, and operational frameworks across the region.
- Experience supporting integrations, APIs, data workflows, third-party systems, or mission software.
- Previous experience with customer deployment, training, field operations, technical account management, or sustainment activities.
What We Offer :
- Opportunity to work hands-on with advanced UAV platforms and software used in mission-critical operations.
- Broad ownership across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales and field deployment through operational sustainment and program development.
- High level of autonomy and direct engagement with strategic customers and end users.
- Collaborative, innovative culture backed by a globally recognized drone technology leader.
- Competitive compensation and bonus structure.
- Flexible, remote-first working environment within the region.
