Role Description

Fikr-e-Nau is inviting applications for part-time, remote leadership positions for a 1-year tenure.

Selected team members will play an active role in shaping, managing, and expanding Fikr-e-Nau's initiatives. Leadership team members will contribute to strategy, campaigns, collaborations, community engagement, and the recognition and promotion of talented individuals, startups, entrepreneurs, and inspiring stories.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Developing and implementing strategies for Fikr-e-Nau initiatives
• Planning and coordinating campaigns, programmes, and digital activities
• Managing collaborations with partners, contributors, and relevant stakeholders
• Supporting community building and youth engagement initiatives
• Coordinating virtual events, features, and networking opportunities
• Developing outreach and communication strategies
• Identifying and promoting talented individuals, startups, and inspiring stories
• Working collaboratively with other leadership team members
• Contributing ideas for new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Ensuring professionalism, inclusivity, and consistency across Fikr-e-Nau activities

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in marketing, media, events, sponsorships, partnerships, community building, or a related field
• Ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Confidence in networking and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with digital platforms and social media
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
• Professionalism, accountability, and commitment to assigned responsibilities

Prior leadership, project management, volunteering, mentoring, or initiative-based experience will be considered an advantage.

Relevant academic qualifications are welcome but not mandatory where the applicant can demonstrate strong skills and relevant experience.
