We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Finance / Accounting / Business Analyst to support financial operations, accounting activities, business performance analysis, and management reporting.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with financial data, preparing reports, analyzing business performance, managing financial records, and providing insights to support business decisions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily finance, accounting, and business administration activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger activities.
• Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, revenue, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and business performance indicators.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify business trends.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate differences between actual and budgeted figures.
• Prepare management reports and financial summaries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Assist with financial audits, tax documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Use accounting software, spreadsheets, and business reporting tools to support financial operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, and management teams.
• Ensure financial information is handled confidentially and accurately.
• Support finance-related projects and other business analysis tasks as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply.
• 0–3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret financial data and prepare meaningful reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations is an advantage.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
• Based in Singapore and legally authorized to work in Singapore.
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
