Position: Finance & Accounting Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: Up to $90/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time, flexible, task-based

No prior AI experience required.

Role Responsibilities

- Design multi-step tasks drawn from real work such as FP&A analysis, financial reporting, audit procedures and reconciliations.

- Define objective grading criteria so two qualified reviewers would reach the same verdict.

- Create or source supporting materials such as spreadsheets, GL extracts, financial statements and policy documents.

- Flag tasks that turn out to be ambiguous or ungradable.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in FP&A, financial reporting, audit, reconciliations or accounting, with direct ownership of the work rather than supervisory-only or adjacent exposure.

- Experience creating or applying structured review standards such as audit programs, review checklists, close checklists or grading rubrics.

- Strong Excel capability and comfort reasoning across multiple documents at once.

- Strong English (B2 advanced or C1 minimum).
