Role Description The Senior Manager Project Finance is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the financial planning, structuring, and execution of projects across Insight Genesis – IGAi’s key verticals. This role oversees project budgeting, cash flow management, funding strategies, and financial risk assessments to ensure projects are financially viable and aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project financial performance, preparing reports and forecasts, and supporting decision-making with robust financial analysis. The Senior Manager Project Finance also collaborates with external partners, investors, and lenders, manages financial compliance, and implements controls and processes that enhance efficiency and transparency. This position requires proactive leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills such as Expeditor and Expediting to ensure timely delivery of project components and resources.
• Candidates should possess logistics-focused skills such as Logistics Management to manage supply chains, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess quality and compliance skills such as Inspection to ensure adherence to financial, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong expertise in project finance, including financial modeling, budgeting, cost control, and cash flow analysis.
• Experience working with investors, lenders, or development finance institutions, preferably in technology or emerging markets.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools; familiarity with project management software is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, PMP) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
