Finance Administrator

About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious Finance Administrator to join our Consumer Foods Central Finance Team in Staines, providing accurate and timely financial and administrative support across day-to-day operations. In this varied role, you will support maintaining and updating marketing spend trackers & purchase order management, alongside preparing reports, updating finance spreadsheets, maintaining financial records and assisting with month-end and year-end activities. Working with finance colleagues and commercial users, you will help resolve queries and maintain system access and approval workflows for pricing and trade promotions. You will also provide documentation for audits and wider administrative support, helping the team keep financial information up to date and processes running smoothly.

What will I be doing?

• Maintain and update finance spreadsheets, including marketing spend trackers.
• Raise and manage purchase orders.
• Support following up Accounts Payable queries with users.
• Prepare and post journals as required.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Respond to internal and external finance-related queries.
• Prepare and issue weekly reports (e.g. pricing checks).
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and information when required.
• Request system access for commercial users.Maintenance of access control tables for SAP pricing & TPMs.
• Maintenance of approval workflows for pricing, TPMs & dispute management.
• Other essential admin duties to support the Central Finance Team as required.
• Providing team cover as required
